School of Esoteric Healing: FAQ's A three-year certification course Transformative                  Experiential                                    Learning Choosing the Right School The following exercise will help you know not only which teacher or school to choose, but also if you come across a stumbling block, to know whether it is higher guidance moving you in another direction, or if it is there to be overcome as a part of your personal and spiritual growth. Hold the school's brochure or letter in your hand, or bring up the website if they have one, so that you can establish an energetic connection. Relax your body, calm your emotions, and clear your mind. From this state of peace and clarity, call light to yourself, and ask for assistance from your higher self, your soul, and your spirit helpers: angels, guides, Ascended Masters, or whoever feels right. Imagine that one or more of these Beings, including your soul and higher self, are responding to your call. Receive the light that is being sent to you. Let this light come into your heart and upper chest, so you can feel the call of your soul; this is where you feel your spiritual longing. Receive light into your mind, so you can know more clearly what steps to take. Draw this light into your eyes, so that you can see the path of most light. Surrender your expectations and open to receive whatever is for your highest good. Ask these questions, and listen patiently for the answers or feeling-responses: Does this (teacher or school) feel right and good? Is this direction my highest possible path at this point in time? Will I learn or receive not what I think I need, but what will actually help me the most? Will this bring positive changes into my life? Will I be challenged? Will this help me to heal myself and grow stronger, so that I can better help others? Does this (teacher or school) come from a place of integrity and love? Are they motivated by a desire to help others be more happy, healthy and successful? Is this (whatever the school start date) the right time for me to enroll? You may not get an answer immediately. Be patient! Spirit may choose to speak to you through something you see or hear, in a dream, in a meditation, or when you are least expecting it. Back to Top of Page
